8CO Structural is a general contractor for industrial, commercial and institutional projects. We contract directly with owners, manage the project, and procure every trade package from qualified subcontractors through competitive tender.
8CO Structural Inc. is an ICI general contractor. We take a project from preconstruction and estimating, through procurement, to construction management and handover. Every trade package is tendered competitively to qualified subcontractors. 8CO Structural does not perform trade or field work itself: our role is to plan, coordinate and manage the work for the owner.
